Front Mission 1st: Remake Coming to Nintendo Switch

Front Mission returns to Nintendo Switch this summer with Front Mission 1st: Remake. It was also announced that a remake of Front Mission 2, announced today at Nintendo Direct, would also be coming to the Switch at a later date. Check out the full announcement trailer below!

Front Mission is an interesting option that could be resurrected in 2022. If you want to plunge into tactical RPG machine battles, Front Mission is the place to be. Deploy and move your troops on the battlefield and strategically target your opponent’s various Wanzer points to gain the upper hand in combat. Blow up arms, legs and other smart targets to quickly eliminate enemies or deny access to dangerous weapons. Despite all the love of the series, many Front Mission titles don’t release outside of Japan. Perhaps this remake will spur more interest in the Mechanized Wars franchise!
