Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga celebrates Star Wars Day with two new character packs
Today is May 4th, Star Wars Day. To celebrate this, TT Games is releasing two new character packs for their latest game, Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga.
More specifically, characters from The Mandalorian and Star Wars: Bad Batch are coming into the game today. These two character packs bring a total of 10 new LEGO game characters to the Skywalker Saga.
For beginners, The Bad Batch is a spin-off of The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian is a sci-fi western drama centered on a Mandalorian who looks very much like Boba Fett on a mission to protect young members. The race of Yoda (aka “Baby Yoda”). If you haven’t watched The Mandalorian season 2 yet, you should avoid today’s DLC. That’s because the characters in the new Mandalorian pack are based on season 2 of the Disney Plus series.
According to the press release, “Warner Bros. Games is celebrating Star Wars Day with the release of two new DLC packs for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga – The Mandalorian Season 2 and Star Wars: The Bad Deployment. “The Mandalorian Season 2 Pack will include Ahsoka Tano, Boba Fett, Bo Katan, Fennec Shand, and Moff Gideon. The Star Wars: Bad Batch Character Pack will include Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Crosshair and Echo.”
If you own the game’s Character Collection Pack, you’ll get the Pack of the Day, the Season 1 Pack of The Mandalorian, Solo: A Star Wars Story, the Classic Characters, the Trooper Pack, and the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. You can also purchase each pack individually.
