Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Event With 'Exciting Reveal Of New Gameplay Details' Next Month

Capcom has announced that it will be hosting a ‘Special Event’ stream for ‘Monster Hunter Rises’ next month.

More specifically, the special event stream is about the game’s upcoming expansion, Sunbreak, starting on May 10th at 7:00 AM PT/9:00 AM CT/EST 10 AM. Stream on the official Monster Hunter Twitch channel. The announcement tweets will include “interesting reveals of new gameplay information, monsters, etc.” It is unclear how long it will operate.

The teaser trailer for this digital event, seen above, reveals a few more pieces of information.

“Get ready for a new trailer, more monster reveals, long-awaited information about the new Hunter action, and additional game features,” the trailer reads.

As expected, director Yoshitake Suzuki will present a showcase. Not much other information has been shared about this event, but fortunately the event starts within two weeks, so you don’t have to wait too long to learn more about Sunbreak.
