Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Two New Classes Detailed in New Developer Update With Additional Environments

Gearbox Software has revealed new details about the upcoming fantasy predator Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, including two new classes, additional environments players will shoot in, and more.

The game production team unveiled a new trailer at Game Awards 2021 last week, and today details what to expect with two new classes when the game launches on March 25, 2022.

The first new class to join the already announced Stabbomancer and Brr-Zerker classes is Spellshot. These are “shooting wizards that fire continuous spells and bullets and can transform enemies into harmless livestock with one finger.” Spellshot can also weave guns and grimoires together to enhance spells and grant additional abilities to weapons.

The second new job announced today is the Cloverringer. These are “faithful warriors who, with their fire-breathing Wyvern companions, thunder and fire at their foes with their ghost hammers.” They aim to bring heroism back to Wonderland, and the Dragon Aura empowers the entire party with extra damage and more.

But today’s new update doesn’t go into detail about the new classes. Gearbox pulls back the curtain of three environments to shoot in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Weepwild Dankness, a forest-like place with countless mushrooms and trees; The Fearamid, home to skeletons and undead in every hallway; Mount Crow, home to goblins and towering trolls.

In Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, players can encounter these goblins, trolls, mushrooms and more, alone or with up to 3 friends. The more players in the group, the more difficult the opponent will be. Players can also personally decide how to handle loot drops and enemy scaling during multiplayer.

According to Gearbox, there are “millions of different guns you can loot in Wonderland”, totaling six categories and six corresponding ammo types. There are also five types of damage: Fire, Frost, Lightning, Poison, and Dark Magic. Players can also utilize wards that grant protection enchantments, and can equip rings and amulets that grant a variety of abilities and traits to aid on the battlefield.

As you might expect, all loot in the game will come in various forms of rarity, just like Gearbox’s Borderlands series.
